NATURE DOODLES

Okay campers here is craft number two. Just like the last one this project needs very little to get started. All you will need is paper, something to draw with and nature! Grab a bowl or a bag..or a pocket will do, and go on a nature hunt. Now this hunt can be a grand adventure to a ravine or a park that requires a backpack, and water and possibly even amazing survival skills (but probably not).. or it can be as simple as stepping into your backyard. Look around and see what strikes your fancy. Leaves, grasses, twigs and stones all make great options. And if you are lucky enough to have flowers nearby they can really add some nice color. Whenever possible it's nice to go with things that have already fallen off the plant or tree. Once you have a few things picked out examine them closely and see what they might look like..Could a twig be a tree, or a flower a dress? Does the round pebble that you found look like a giant's big toe? Give it a try..or four! That's the nice thing about this project, you can lay it out over and over again until it looks just the way you want it. We didn't even glue ours down. We just snapped a nice picture when we came up with something that we liked, then dumped everything off and did it again. We hope that you have as much fun as we did!
